Alina London is a boutique brand and all items are carefully designed and crafted to meet exceptional quality standards. All our items are proudly manufactured in London using the expertise of our skilled atelier specialists.
Alina London fabrics are of highest quality and outsourced exclusively from France and Italy through our UK based suppliers. Please note that sequinned fabrics are subject to wear and tear, irrespective of their high quality and must be handled with care.

For most styles, you have the option to choose your own colour preference which reinforces the bespoke character of each order.

Alina London, being a boutique brand, does not stock inventory. Hence, once you place an order, it is made for you. Therefore we cannot offer refund or exchanges, only store credit for 6 months subject to return authorisation.
In cases of return, the Item(s) must be sent to the return center in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.).

Whilst we offer free shipping for all our products, customer bears the return cost, expenses and all potential customs fees.
We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for customer’s protection.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
* Items must be returned to us in perfection condition, exactly as you received them.
* All items that come in their own box, including but not limited to accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
* All Alina London items come with tags and protection ribbons attached. Any signs of wear or removal of these tags and ribbons will be considered final sale. The item will be sent back to you and you will not receive store credit.

Each Alina London piece is crafted to order in our London atelier. Once your order is received, our team begins production immediately. Most styles require 4-7 working days for creation, depending on the complexity of the design.

This ensures your garment is made exclusively for you, with the precision and care of true couture.

Once your piece has been crafted, it will be dispatched within 3–5 working days for worldwide delivery.

Shipping times may vary slightly based on your location, but you will receive full tracking details as soon as your order leaves our atelier.
