Bespoke Order
Before placing the order, you will be asked to provide specific measurements as instructed by our atelier team so that there is no place for error or miscommunication. Second, we will deliver to you a fabric sample, so that you can confirm if you are happy with the colour and nature of the fabric.
Once everything is confirmed, we will proceed to making the bespoke item which will be delivered within 2 weeks including shipping time.
Availability of Goods
Most Alina London dresses will be available in sizes XS, S and M. For any Large size, please email us at info@fashionjoint.com. Delivery frame for each ordered item will be 1-2 weeks, depending on the style.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange it with something else. We do not offer refunds. Online store credits will be available for 6 months only.
Please do not return any items to us before informing us at info@fashionjoint.com.
Products must be returned to us within 10 days in the original condition and in the original packaging. If the return tags are taken off, we will return the package back to you and consider it final sale. Read more in our Terms & Conditions page.
